Waxy Maize Starch
Sugar-free ultra-high molecular weight waxy maize starch is a very effective compound to load glycogen and creatine into muscles. Waxy maize starch has an extremely low osmolarity rate and forms a very hypotonic solution when mixed with water. These two factors allow waxy maize starch to pass through the stomach quicker than many other carbohydrates. In doing so it acts like a pump pulling creatine and fluids along with it into the bloodstream.
Consisting of 99% amylopectin waxy maize starch causes a rapid and pronounced insulin spike allowing for glucose and creatine to be pressed into muscle cells for cell expansion and super-hydration. In other words, the loading of creatine and glycogen are maximized.

SUGGESTED USAGE

Important: For best results follow these steps: 1.) Mix Volu-Gro (two level scoops) with 20 oz. of water. 2.) Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 3.) Drink slowly and stir or shake occasionally to prevent residue build up.
