SUGGESTED USAGE
 1. Attach open end of the bulb to valve on the breast cup. (Fig. A)
2. Apply a lubricant or lotion to breast, allowing for a good seal and reduce skin friction.
 3. Place cup firmly against your chest, following the horizontal curve of your ribs. Make sure your breast is completely inside the cup and you have contact with your chest around the edges. (Fig. B)
4. Squeeze the bulb until your breast begins to fill the cup. Begin slowly and gradually increase the suction over time.
5. Grasping the cup firmly against the chest (Fig. C), remove the bulb and repeat steps 1-4 for the other breast.
 6. You can release the vacuum effect at any time by pressing the valve on the breast cup with the bulb removed. Slowly release valve to relax your breast. (Fig. D)
7. Repeat this procedure for fifteen minutes on each breast once in the morning and once at night.

How It Works
