Two out of three patients who previously had experienced only partial erections, and had failed in normal intercourse at least 50% of the time, now reported fuller and more lasting erections, leading to consistently successful sex and lovemaking.

I don’t know whether the tribulus in the mixture has much effect, but the yohimbe they use in the mixture is of a fine quality.

I take this first thing in the morning, as the yohimbine carries me for about 20 hours. Taking the yohimbe first thing in the morning, it usually clears sufficiently by midnight to allow me a normal sleep pattern.
