Step two: Apply a very thin layer of Sovage Lip Plumper (Active Formula) evenly onto both lips...use the applicator tip to stay within your natural lip-line. You may wear Sovage Lip Plumper alone as a lip gloss. If you desire to use lipstick, apply Sovage Lip Plumper, wait 3 to 5 minutes, blot off any residue and apply lip color as usual. 
 
Not only will continued use of Sovage Lip Plumper increase the plumpness and fullness of your lips, but it will leave your lips youthful, smooth and silky.
