Honey, if you ever get a burn-just use this ointment right away, and you will soon feel better! Speeds up healing DRAMATICALLY! I discovered it by accident when I was searching for something to sooth my skin after laser resurfacing (like a burn), and had suffered from trying various product s that made it feel worse. As soon as I smoothed Burt's Bees Ointment on, my skin went, "Ahhhhh." The next morning, the redness had improved a lot! And it smells lovely to boot! Trust me gals, this stuff WORKS!

This is such a wonderful product! I have a cut that just never seemed to heal. I have put an entire tube of Neosporin on it over the last month, and it didn't improve. After only TWO DAYS of applying this product I noticed a big difference!!! It's been a week and the cut is almost healed! It is also very soothing on scrapes and razor burn. Highly reccommended!!!

I received this in one of those starter kits and I believe it really works. My daughter had a long scrape down her nose and was really embarrassed by it. After two days of adding makeup to cover it (and no visible improvement), I remembered that we had this Burt's Bees Res-Q stuff that I'd received. She put it on two to three times a day (that's important) and within two days the entire thing was gone. It went from almost a 1 and 1/2" scrape to invisible within 48 hours. I've never seen a scrape heal that fast. I believe the key is to apply it more than once a day. I truly believe the more the better with this stuff. It's also very light and goes a super long way, so you don't mind applying it frequently.

This was absolutely fantastic for minor scrapes! I fell off my bike and scraped my arm. By applying the salve on a daily basis, I could swear the scrape healed faster and didn't itch as the scab dried. Perhaps it was the cocoa butter and olive oil that softened the scab? Although the name is misleading (wise woman salve), it can be used by anyone. Plus, the container is pocket sized, which enables it to be carried easily. I'd recommend it for any medicine cabinet.

I absolutely love this ointment!!!! I use it all the time on both of my girls when they get any bumps, bruises, scrapes, or anything. It really heals quickly and I never hesitate using it. I feel real comfortable with its natural ingredients. I have used it on my husband & myself. I just used it when I received a severe burn from the iron. Every time my wound bled or hurt really bad, I'd put this ointment on and it stopped almost instantly. It hasn't completely healed yet, but most of the burn is gone with no scars! I use this like the father from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" uses Windex! Its great!!!!

I really like this product. It's great for scrapes, insect bites, bruises, minor cuts, etc. It's very soothing and the natural herbs do help speed along the healing process. Since it's natural, I also use it on my dogs if they have an insect bite or scuffed up a pad on a paw. Since it's natural, it won't harm them if they lick some of it off.

I used this on insect bites and minor cuts. It smells great and it goes on easily. It gets absorbed into the skin very quickly and it does not feel sticky or oily. It gets rid of the itchiness associated with insect bites really quickly. My dog loves the smell too. He is always trying to get the little pot of ointment.

I have EXTREMELY cracked fingers this winter and occasionally dab a little of the RES-Q ointment on them to soothe them. It's a winner. I burned the tip of my finger on a match recently and it immediately stopped the stinging pain. This is a great product; I have one in my downstairs medicine cabinet and will purchase another for the upstairs bathroom! The smell is nice too- not "medicine-y".

This stuff is great! If you have children and carry a little first aid bag, this stuiff replaces SO MUCH!! Everything that it says that it can help it does!! Great for kitchen SNAFU's too!

This ointment is TERRIFIC! So much healing in such a little tin! I have used this ointment for skin irritations and rashes, cuts and scrapes...even to treat my hemorrhoid flare-ups! It has a very pleasant scent; it is so soothing and ALWAYS does the trick!! I keep more than one tin on hand. I keep one in my bathroom, one in my briefcase that I take to work, and I always take a tin along when I travel!!

I was quite skeptical about this product. When it comes to anything medicinal, as nice as "all natural" sounds, I don't trust it to work. Well, several weeks ago, I had an unexplained skin irritation on the front of my neck and slightly down my chest. After trying hydrocortisone cream and Benedryl for a week and still waking myself up in the middle of the night scratching at my neck, I figured "what the heck", and applied the Res-Q-Ointment to it. There was almost instant relief from the itching and within a couple of days, it was completely gone and hasn't come back. I can't explain how or why it worked, but I can't argue with the results. I'd certainly recommend giving it a try before spending money on a doctor's visit and prescriptions.

I used this on some of the cuts & scrapes I have received over the past 6 months & have been very pleased with the healing quality of this product. It is very soothing & has a comforting aroma to it. It is not too thick or heavy, goes on very smoothly. I will buy it again.
