USER'S OPINION

shorty "Bad stuff"
This is an add on to my previous opinion. Company will refund your money but only if you haven't used the product. I would advise you try one of their other conditioners, as this one to me, just doesn't do the job.

Shorty "Horrible stuff"
I tried both the shampoo & conditioner and both were horrible. It felt like my hair was stripped and when trying to comb my hair after using both products it felt like pulling my hair out it was so tangled. The conditioner didn't do anything. The shampoo was just as bad. Hardly no sudsing with it at all, even when using quite a bit. I wouldn't even rate this product with a 1 out of 10. Total waste of your money and company won't refund your money.
