1. Open and unfold the mitt.
2. Open the pouch and pour the Active Citrus Solution into the mitt.
3. Squeeze the mitt and shake well for 10 seconds.
4. Put the hand into the mitt and gently massage for the gel to fully cover.

Kerasal DF Dual Moisturizing Foot Cream
Wash your feet with soap and warm water and dry completely. Squeee a dime size dose and apply to the bottom of both feet. Not inbetween toes.

Pour or pump (this depends on which bottle you have the sample size, or the full sized bottle) a small amount of the oil into the palm of your hand (about the size of a nickel). Rub onto your lower back (the exact area is not important, just the lower back region and muscles surrounding this area.
