SUGGESTED USAGE
Classic Three Cheese
1.Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet: drain
2.Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix, and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
3.Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers.

As a dietary supplement, take one packet 2 to 4 times a day. Place contents ina glass, add 4-6 oz of water.
BeneFiber Drink Mix Cherry Pomegranate
SIP from a full bottle of water to make room for powder.
POUR one packet into a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water (0.5 liter) or a large glass of water
SHAKE bottle or mix well until powder dissolves
MIX with a 20 fl oz bottle of water for a milder flavor

- Set cooking time for 1 minute 45 seconds
- If you find there are too many unpopped kernals, you may need to increase the cooking time. Be careful when increasing the cooking time to avoid scorching
- Do not leave microwave unattended
- Listen carefully and stop microwave when popping slows to 1 to 2 seconds between pops. Overcooking may cause scorching and burning
- Open bag carefully and away from face as bag, air and contents are very hot
- Open bag by pulling designated top corners only. Before eating, pour contents into a bowl and allow to cool for one minute
- Children should not prepare or handle.
