Ingredients


1 �stick of margarine
1 cup�sugar
3 �eggs
3 �ripe bananas
2 cups�all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon�baking soda
1 teaspoon�baking powder
1/2 cup�walnuts
1/4 cup�coriander seeds
1/4 teaspoon�vanilla
1 teaspoon�cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy, then add the bananas- these may be very ripe. Sift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Combine the two mixtures and add walnuts, coriander seeds, vanilla and cinnamon. Place mixture in tin, and bake for 55 minutes-1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let bread cool in the pan for 30 minutes and then remove. Cool completely before cutting.
