Mario "I highly recommend this product"
What made me buy Hydroxycut back at the end of June 2004 was the compelling customer reviews that I read on this site. Since then I have altered my lifestyle completely and taken this product on the side realizing that it won't melt fat. I started at 257 and am currently 233. The best part about it is the fact that I eat a lot less. I am able to run and do cardio 4-5 times a week outside and drink 5 quarts of water a day. It has been a gradual thing, but I know Hydroxycut has helped in one way or another. I also received headaches when I started taking 3 capsules together, so I just went to 2 capsules except I kept using 3 before dinner (when I was most hungry). I highly recommend this product. Use it according to your body and not necessarily the label. Good luck!

This product really works. I have never taken a weight loss pill before. I just started yesterday and noticed a huge boosts of energy, and I only took four pills. Unfortunately I love sleep and this product kept me up all night long, and I'm still not tired today. I'm just taking it to lose about 15 pounds and just yesterday I lost 3 pounds from not eating sweets and not eating as much as I usually do. It really does suppress the appetite and gives you energy.

I'm 18 yrs old, and I started using this product probably a month ago. This product worked well for me, it helped me manage my weight. I did not get any headaches. I also did not feel more energetic. I lost a few pounds and I kept them of because Im still using the pill. I use it as part of my diet. I rarely work out (exercise); I just do about 30 minutes of walking. I like this product, and I would buy it again. It worked for me. This doesn't mean it would work for you, because we're all different.

This product works if you follow the directions, do not overdose on it and work out at least 3 times a week. Personally I feel it's a great product but taking more than 3 capsules a day gives me a headache and it disrupts my concentration at work. Perhaps it's because I normally do not take caffeine, and this product has very high levels of caffeine in it. I'm convinced that this product is effective but it's a slightly slower process of weight loss for me because I am consuming a very lose dosage. But on the whole, if you want muscle definition and to lose that extra flab around your midsection, this product really does help.

I have been taking Hydroxycut for 2 weeks now and have lost 6 lbs. without working out, (but watching what I was eating) I don't 'nap' during the day anymore, I have more energy and I feel a lot better. The pants I bought 1 month ago that I didn't fit into unless I unbuttoned the top button, I can now wear out. I highly recommend Hydroxycut to anyone serious about wanting to loose the weight. I am so stoked about my weight loss I am starting to work out in the morning. If I can loose the weight without working out, imagine what I can loose with it!

If you're thinking about buying this sort of product, THIS IS THE ONE to try. It works better than the rest, without making me feel dizzy, empty, weak, jittery, spaced out, or anything undesirable. I lost 3 pounds in the first 5 days!! Everyone knows that pills do not knock off the pounds for you, that you have to eat better & become more active, etc, etc, etc. That's true; this product works because it effectively decreases your hunger AND appetite, takes away the fatigue, and makes it easy to do all the things you need to do to lose weight. I don't feel supercharged or hyper. I just feel like myself on this pill. I don't even try to eat healthier - I just no longer crave bread all the time, or Burger King, or anything. This is a great product. I absolutely love it, and I'd absolutely recommend it. Don't forget to follow the instructions if you want it to work!

If you take Hydroxycut properly, it works. For me it works great as an appetite suppressant. Follow the directions. Don't expect it to work if you take it 2 minutes before you mow down. Don't just start taking 3 before each meal right away. Work into it, or you'll seriously feel sick to your stomach. And seriously, it won't work if you're still chowing down burgers and fries. You need to watch what you eat and exercise as well. There's no such thing as a miracle in a bottle, it's just an aide. If you think you're going to lose 10 pounds overnight with Hydroxycut, then you're wrong.

This stuff really, really, really works! Just stay religious to your nutrition and exercise plan and you'll definitely see the difference. I first started taking this stuff in early December, at 170 lbs. As of now (middle of February), Im at 141 lbs. but you must, must, must stay true to your nutrition and work out mildly or at least five to six times a week. Also, follow the directions.

This stuff is the best! I have tried a lot of different diet pills and appetite suppressants - I didn't think there was anything out there that would help. A GNC service rep recommended this. I noticed a difference in about a week. I don't have my mid-morning or mid-afternoon cravings anymore, and I'm full with far less food.
I would recommend cutting out ALL CAFFEINE since the first few days I did feel a tiny bit jittery.

Hydroxycut will keep you UP ALL NIGHT if you take it as directed. I'm 120 lbs. so I might be more affected by them, however, they definitely enhance my workouts. The past month I've been using an excellent routine: On the days I work out I take 2 hydroxys with a glass of water in the a.m., I eat breakfast 30 Minutes later and then I workout 30-60 minutes after that. I can really feel the calories melting off AND I still get a good night' sleep.

I have used this on several occasions, and IT WORKS! Even if all you do is walk daily, it will help you to lose weight. Make sure you have water though. I did notice that if I take it too close to bedtime, I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep. But this is stated on the packaging.

I started taking this product 11 days ago after I booked my trip to Hawaii this coming June. My goal is to loose 25 lbs. My advice to anyone is to have a goal, give yourself time and eat healthy. Since last week, I have been taking 1 in the morning, and 1 at noon, I am not sure I want to graduate to taking 4 a day vs. 2 a day. I feel good and very energetic, I have lost at least 5 lbs. The product does make it a little tough for me to sleep.

I was 250 pounds and then I started Hydroxycut. After taking them for week, I could feel myself losing weight. I would say I am happy that I lost 80 pounds in two and a half months, but you have to work at it.

This is a very useful product, but ONLY IF YOU USE IT RIGHT! The product states on the bottle to take it 30-60 mins before meals. Be sure to follow that to the letter. If you take the supplement after you eat, it wont work. Also, if you take it without eating, your body will go into "starvation mode" and you will start putting on weight when you eat next!! As long as you follow the directions, eat three good meals ( or preferrably more frequent but smaller meals) and use the extra energy that you get from this supplement to work out, you should see good results.

I started out 6'2" and roughly 238lb. Started taking Hydroxycut while playing semi-pro ball in the NAFL. This product has been very instrumental in me getting to my playing weight. Taking the recommended doses, exercising 1-2 times a week and practicing restraint from the fatty foods. I am now a lean 215lb. after just one month and two days. It gave me energy and a boost of confidence. I have not been this small since my early days in the military. People that see me now wonder how I did it. I just thankfully say "Hydroxycut".

When I use Hydroxycut, I can eat whatever I want and still lose weight. The thing is; I work out 4-5 times a week for 1 hour a day (treadmill). In 3 months, I've lost 36 pounds, and lose even more daily. I wouldn't have lost this much weight if I hadn't used Hydroxycut in addition to my workouts.

This is the best weight loss pill I've ever used, aside from the Ephedra products which were the only ones that previously worked for me. I'm averaging a loss of 7 lbs a week, and due to my packed work schedule that's with no routine exercise. I take four pills a day...two about 40 min. before breakfast, and one 30 min. before lunch and also dinner.

There's something about this product that makes it a bit better than others. I feel a bit more energetic and have better workouts. It doesn't shed pounds off, but it does keep the weight off!
I must note that I only take it on days I know I'm going to workout (2 to 3 times/week). I'm happy with this product and do recommend it.

I personally recommend it. Compared to CLA, this won hands down. I lost no weight over the two months. However, what did happen was I working out 2 times per day 5-6 days a week for 2-3 hours each day. I may have converted the weight to muscle. Either way, I feel great and my wife says that Im the new husband she was looking for!

It was all right. I didn't loose any weight, but I saw a little bit of energy. However, the money is not worth the energy. I'll stick with my Mountain Dew.
