Ignatia Amara (St. Ignatius Bean) is a homeopathic remedy indicated for nervous disorders, spasmodic conditions, irritability, sleeping disorders, apprehension and fever. Also relieves bedwetting in children and the elderly.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Place under tongue and let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition, a half hour before or after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor.

Adults 30X, 30C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets three times a day. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. Children 2 to 12 (check warnings on other side of insert): Half adult dose. Children under 2: Only on advice & under supervision of a doctor.
