The ‘good’ estrogen metabolites along with increased free testosterone promoted by DIM increase fat mobilization and a fat-burning metabolism.
Another reason testosterone production can decline is because of oxidative damage directed at the tissues that synthesize testosterone. Antioxidants support testosterone production.
