Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil comes from the shiny, leathery green leaves of the evergreen cinnamon tree that grows in its native countries of China and Vietnam but is also cultivated in so many other regions.

For aromatherapeutic uses, Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil possesses anti-rheumatic properties as well as fights exhaustion, colds and flu, those feelings of depression and weakness. Plus, it is useful for the digestive system and period pains and bears a toning and calming effect on the respiratory tract, nervous system.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Those who are seeking the smell of Cinnamon spice should purchase Cinnamon bark. For a room disinfectant, just add 6 drops of Pine Essential Oil, 6 drops of Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil, and 2 drops of Clove Bud Essential Oil into a burner filled with water or simply add some drops of this oil in a burner and vaporizer for an acute case of bronchitis, colds as well as fits of sneezing.

Mix 15 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil, 15 drops of Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil, 10 drops of Lime Essential Oil, and 5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil with 7 Tablespoons of water in a spray bottle and spray into the air of your car's interior for a rejuvenating car air mist.

You can also dilute a couple of drops in your bath's warm water or blend in an massage oil, cream or lotion but you should use extra care because even though Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil is considered nontoxic, this oil could cause irritation and sensitivity, particularly in regards to the mucus membranes.
