SUGGESTED USAGE
Adults take six capsules one to four times daily on an empty stomach before exercise or bedtime, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

This product can be taken all at once or in divided doses.

Start with about 25% of your target quantity and increase it gradually over a period of a few days to minimize the occurrence of minor side effects such as nausea.

Caution
If you are diabetic, have high blood pressure, or have ever been diagnosed with cancer or cardiovascular disease, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product. People suffering from hepatitis or any type of liver damage should avoid niacin. L-arginine and L-ornithine sometimes reactivate latent herpes virus infections. Those with certain psychoses may experience worsened symptoms if they take L-arginine or L-ornithine supplements. Always take antioxidants with arginine.
