SUGGESTED USAGE
If the menses are too scanty or too pale, take 2 tablets of No. 11, four times daily until the proper quantity and color are restored. If these conditions persist, consult your doctor. Please note, young girls do not always start menstruation at the same age, and for a time, may not menstruate regularly at monthly intervals. If the patient is in otherwise good health, no medicine is needed. Proper clothing, nourishing foods, and mild exercise are important factors to be watched. However, when symptoms of the approaching flow are noted, such as flushes of heat, giddiness, pain in the back, and heaviness of the limbs, give two tablets of No. 11 four times a day until the menses appear.
