SUGGESTED USAGE

Vitamin C supplementation should not exceed 2,000 mg/day. Dosages above this established upper limit may cause diarrhea and intestinal gas.

Citrus bioflavonoids are derived from the rind of green citrus fruits and black currants. Some researchers claim that bioflavonoids boost the effects of Vitamin C.
