Anonymous "Very easy way to supplement a small child's diet "
Natrol Liquid Iron is better than capsules. My toddler was showing low iron counts and so now I add this to the juice two times a day. The flavor is enhanced with natural rice sugars and other herbs. The scent is almost like children's vitamins that have been mixed with water. It is better at this age than tablet vitamins. Check first with your pediatrician for the right amount to give the child-too much iron for a small child can be toxic.
