Walnut Oil is a much sought after rarity. The walnut is extremely rich in oil (50-60%) which, when freshly pressed, is a delicacy in itself. Its light color and light flavor makes it an excellent salad oil. It lends an aristocratic touch of class to any dish. Walnut Oil contains one of the rare essential fatty acids (omega-3) in fair amounts (12%), making it nutritionally very valuable.
Flora Walnut Oil contains: 58% polyunsaturated Linoleic acid (omega-6), 12% polyunsaturated Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), 22% monounsaturated Oleic acid (omega-9), 8% saturated fatty acids.
