SUGGESTED USAGE
Tuna Helper Classic Creamy Broccoli
You Will Need- 2-3/4 cups hot water
- 1/3 cup milk,
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine,
- 1 can of una, drained.
1. Stir together in skillet: spaghetti, sauce mix, hot water, milk, margarine and tuna. Heat until boiling and stir occasionally.
2. Cut heat and simmer about 10 minutes, then stir until spaghetti is tender.
3. Remove from heat and remove cover.
Oven- 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Stir together in ungreased, 2-quart casserole: uncooked spaghetti, sauce mix, 1/2-2 cups of boiling water, 1/3 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of margarine and 1 can of tuna.
- 2. Cover and bake 15-18 minutes. Remove cover.
Microwave- 1. Stir together in 2-1/2 qt microwavable casserole or bowl: uncooked spaghetti, sauce mix, 3 cups boiling water, 1/3 cup milk, 3 tbsp butter or margarine and 1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained.
- 2. Microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 minutes and stirring every 5 minutes. Dish will be hot.

As a dietary supplement, take one packet up to 2 times a day. Empty contents in a glass, add 4-6 oz of water and stir.

- Set cooking time for 1 minute 45 seconds
- If you find there are too many unpopped kernals, you may need to increase the cooking time. Be careful when increasing the cooking time to avoid scorching
- Do not leave microwave unattended
- Listen carefully and stop microwave when popping slows to 1 to 2 seconds between pops. Overcooking may cause scorching and burning
- Open bag carefully and away from face as bag, air and contents are very hot
- Open bag by pulling designated top corners only. Before eating, pour contents into a bowl and allow to cool for one minute
- Children should not prepare or handle.
