This is definitely a gel. But it is by far the best, all-natural under eye gel because it doesn't remain sticky and actually absorbs into your skin.

Rachel Perry's Eye Renewal Gel doesn't do much for the dark circles under my eyes, but it does dramatically lift those puffy bags I always find there in the morning. Since this is the most effective product I've found to combat puffiness, I'd give it a higher rating, but it does tend to sting a bit and make my eyes water, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who have very sensitive eyes. I'm in my early 20s, so I can't rate its effect on fine lines or wrinkles, but it definitely works better than coffee to keep me looking refreshed.
