I take one every morning and it has never made me sick. The pills are large, but no larger than a regular vitamin and they probably can't reduce the size due to all of the nutrients that they pack in the pill! The pill does have a vitamin taste to it, but that's what vitamins taste like. If you take it with orange or apple juice, you hardly notice the taste. I will continue to take these throughout my pregnancy.

I used these for the second and third trimesters of my pregnancy and had no problems, side effects, nausea, etc. I think "morning sickness" is a matter of your tolerance of the hormones, and I had none (thankfully!!); these did not make me nauseous either (someone told me vitamins make a lot of pregnant women "sicker"). The one thing I did is in week 32 I switched from taking it before bed (my memory is better at night) to before breakfast, not because I needed to take it with food, but because I wanted to see if it was affecting my ability to sleep. But I concluded nothing... still can't sleep. :)

I had not taken vitamins in many years prior to these because they upset my stomach so much. I can take these, even without eating anything, with no problems whatsoever. The size was not an issue for me. They do stink and taste bad, but aren't most vitamins that way?

I had no problems with these. I think it's a bit of an exaggeration to call the tablets "Huge" or "Horse Pills" - they really are no larger than the majority of prenatal vitamins out there. I had no problem swallowing them and I did not find them to be offensive in odor or taste (maybe some people are just ULTRA-sensitive or something). The big plus is that they don't contain any artificial dyes or additives (like many of the other prenatal vitamins out there) and they don't cause nausea or constipation! I give them 5 stars and will continue to take these while breastfeeding.
